Well, Director Jacobs, in the Bayside Gazette, said she was concerned that “prior members of the board” might attempt to run again in order to “create chaos.”

If Tuesday's meeting wasn't chaos, what is?

Same story Jacobs is quoted as saying, "“Both sides of whatever clique exists think they have me on their side,” Jacobs said. “Perfect. That means I’m doing exactly what I want to do."

Does anyone believe she is independent.

Then there is this from the  same Gazette story.

Later this month, Jacobs will retire from her position as special counsel to the Office of Child Support Enforcement under the Attorney General’s Office in Baltimore. It’s a job, she said, that has helped her probe the personalities of the different board members “both from a psychological and a personal perspective.”
