Wind breaks help but with the amount of constant & stronger wind at the S&R courts would not be very effective
Have OPA install some inexpensive wind measurement devices at both locations and then show me the results. All we have at this point is anecdotal and via bias toward wanting to be at Manklin Meadows. |
