Terry did not even know the cost of eliminating four pickleball courts from the original $207,000 bid, much less what you ask.  Neither did Bob Thompson. No one at the table knew. The four who voted to pass Terry's motion did not know and did not care. No one even questioned why the contract was to be given to some company with a bid $60,000 higher than the low bid on what seems to be the flimsiest of excuses by the GM.
