What I found most disturbing about this entire fiasco was the admission at the Tuesday's meeting that some of our Directors met and spoke of this project illegally and in direct violation of the HOA 11B-111, last Thursday after the open meeting. Not at all surprising behavior from Tom Terry, but, on the other hand Ms. Jacobs is constantly touting her credentials as an attorney at law and should have know better.
