Don't take my word. I know the site work and runoff control is a major part of the overall project because I looked at the numbers provided by the GM. The GM even stated publicly that the major cost was the site work and storm water mitigation. You can believe this or not.
Moving the playground is probably $10,000 or so. Fence and a little paving, maybe another 10. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: If that was the case why did Terry's motion include the storm drainage mitigation work for eight pickleball courts, perhaps the largest cost in the $150,000? (Bold added by me) That is a very big perhaps. I take it you don't know what the cost is, you just want everyone to believe that it is the major cost of the passed motion. |
