Your obvious refusal to recognize the site work in Phase One approved by board but needed solely for Phase Two of the Manklin Meadows masterplan precludes any further discussion.
I recognize that site work will be done at Manklin Meadows. Where you and I disagree is that the work to be done is not in support of the original masterplan. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Your obvious refusal to recognize the site work in Phase One approved by board but needed solely for Phase Two of the Manklin Meadows masterplan precludes any further discussion. Even Tom Terry reiterated that the masterplan is still in effect. As for using existing tennis courts, you should visit the site. Those courts are already lined and in use for pickleball.... for a year or more. |
