Your obvious refusal to recognize the site work in Phase One approved by board but needed solely for Phase Two of the Manklin Meadows masterplan precludes any further discussion.
Even Tom Terry reiterated that the masterplan is still in effect. As for using existing tennis courts, you should visit the site. Those courts are already lined and in use for pickleball.... for a year or more. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Your comment and the motion at the end of the meeting are nonsensical in the context of an already passed Terry motion to spend $150,000. Why it was made and why it was passed, you'll have to ask others. Terry supported it because he knew it was useless nonsense. So, now you have no idea why Herrick made a useless motion, or why Herrick, Stevens and Collins voted yes in support of a useless motion, but you do know why Tom Terry did so. Again, it was because the motion was not a useless motion. It will result in spending a lot less money and achieving an acceptable end result that would have otherwise cost many more dollars. |
