This is very telling. Am I reading this correctly? We lowered the rate to non property owners by $35.00, 16%, and lost 1/2 of that category of membership. Begs the question what are we doing wrong? Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: What is the difference in cost (OP resident vs. non-resident)? Jason, The year before Pickle Ball became a full membership (rather than a drop-in fee) the membership rates for Platform Tennis was $150.00 resident, $215.00 non-resident. Pickle Ball was introduced as a membership 2 years ago with an introductory fee of $100.00, which then was increased last year, to the same as Platform Tennis at $150.00 for a resident. The associate membership (non-resident rate) was then LOWERED and set at $180.00 for both sports. Tom |
