This is very telling. Am I reading this correctly? We lowered the rate to non property owners by $35.00, 16%, and lost 1/2 of that category of membership. Begs the question what are we doing wrong?
As I understand it the outsider memberships dropped because many were from Delaware and new courts were provided there. Also new courts in OC. Removing the outsiders there was a net increase of one pickleball membership between 1/31/2015 and 1/31/2016. Of course that sort of membership expansion should be expected for the country's fastest growing sport. |
