What we are doing wrong is even thinking about spending THREE QUARTERS OF A MILLION DOLLARS for pickle ball courts that will be used by fewer than ONE HUNDRED property owners.
Of course, that is exactly why the board is not thinking about doing it. Good grief, even Joe Reynolds stated that the most recent bid for accomplishing what you just outlined was $207,000, and the board would not even accept that. The passed motion only permits spending up to $150,000. |
