Marty,
The associate rate for Platform Tennis was lowered to match the lower cost for a Pickle Ball associate membership. The initial introduction of the Pickle Ball yearly membership was only $100 Individual, $150 Family, and $135 Associate. At that time, Platform Tennis yearly memberships were $150 Individual, $250 Family, and $215 Associate. Each individual can form their own opinion on why the Pickle Ball memberships were introduced for such a low rate fee. For Budget 2016, the fees for both sports were brought into compliance except for the lowering of the Platform Tennis associate rate to match Pickle Ball's new associate rate of $180.00. Tom |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Tom: This is very telling. Am I reading this correctly? We lowered the rate to non property owners by $35.00, 16%, and lost 1/2 of that category of membership. Begs the question what are we doing wrong? Marty |
