What we are doing wrong is even thinking about spending THREE QUARTERS OF A MILLION DOLLARS for pickle ball courts that will be used by fewer than ONE HUNDRED property owners. This is the new definition of insanity!

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Tom: This is very telling. Am I reading this correctly? We lowered the rate to non property owners by $35.00, 16%, and lost 1/2 of that category of membership. Begs the question what are we doing wrong? Marty |
