Devious? Terry's intent is right out front. He wants that master plan, and he wants it completed. Ditto for Thompson. Given Cordwell's comments today a minimum of four votes could have been obtained to scrap the plan with Cordwell supporting such a motion. You actually gave credence to any of today's comments from Cordwell? "I'm done with this." Why would Terry push so hard to move the playground (as opposed to doing what should have been routine maintenance) if he did not want to see the master plan completed at some point? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: That support for Herrick by Terry, Jacobs and Renaud was just for show. You didn't see that? No, unlike you I don't see a devious scheme around every corner when it comes to the board. That scheme does not comply with what Tom Terry clearly said was a board-approved master plan for Manklin Meadows. Correct. However, it would appear that Terry sees that this board is no longer in support of the Master Plan given the cost proposal that was submitted to complete the plan. Herrick or Stevens should have made a motion today to scrap the Master Plan. Given Cordwell's comments today a minimum of four votes could have been obtained to scrap the plan with Cordwell supporting such a motion. |
