If you get new fiscal conservative board members why would you need to replace the General Manager? The board would just say no to requests that did not meet their criteria for what is best for Ocean Pines.
In my view the GM is an underlying problem, unlike any I have seen. At most three new board members will be elected this year. Board members come and go. If the underlying problem remains, it would come to the forefront again at some point. This GM has been a lightning rod for political dissension on the board almost from the day he arrived. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: From a purely personal perspective, I'd like to see Herrick remain and replace all six other directors with new fiscal conservative board members, board members amenable to considering a new General Manager. If you get new fiscal conservative board members why would you need to replace the General Manager?
