For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: These thefts are criminal matters and should be addressed as such. For example, the fact that an employee confessed to theft and was summarily fired is not enough.It is also a lack of responsible duty that the homeowners were not previously informed about this debacle. Shame on our officials who had previously hid under a mushroom cloud or, worse yet, simply looked the other way.
