Joe: I never said I couldn’t find the language...HB 1553, I just read your reply from yesterday asking for it... You cited the bill...
I went online and found the bill; I assumed that you had read it as well.... If there are limitations on the use of the impact funds by jurisdiction, I didn’t see it. Perhaps JIm Mathias can provide the reference, which restricts HOA’s use of impact money..?? While I was researching, I did read where other impacted counties, in the State, used their funds to payoff park construction, etc... |
