Dave, do you think what was happening here is that an employee would take their normal 30 minute lunch break and combine it with their 2 15 minute morning and afternoon breaks so they had an hour for lunch to possibly get some errands done?
Yes, I believe that is exactly what has happened, and it has been "allowed" for many years. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Employees that work an 8 hour day are allowed an unpaid 30 minute lunch break.
