A department head praising a worker is not PEER Praise. A worker praising a department head is not PEER Praise.
Perhaps Peer Praise was a catchy description and catchy was more important than intent. Should workers be writing PEER Praise Notes to their department heads? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: “Should department heads be issuing PEER Praise to workers in their department.” I believe it can be for anyone who does one of the things mentioned wether in your dept or not. |
