However the PEER Praise program is intended to operate, it is not clear based on the details from HR. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: “A written Thank-you continues to encourage good behavior and builds the feeling of being appreciated and not taken for granted.” I agree and I think in this day and age of technology where most people shoot a text msg or an email because it’s faster, a written thank you means more. |
