For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I agree on your “too formal” comment. However I am still not clear how this Peer Praise Notes thing is intended to work. You and Colby discuss this as a program that allows supervisors to thank their workers. Reading the actual words HR used to announce the program are confusing as to who is peer praising who. If I was mowing lawns would it be appropriate for me to write a PEER Praise Note to the Director of Public Works or the GM? |
