I still think the whole idea is nonsense, a peer praise note would be something like one guy on a lawn mower telling another guy on another lawn mower..."hey man, that strip of grass you just mowed looks great"
NONSENSE, OPA has a LOT more to worry about than make nice notes, lets start by clearing ALL the drainage canals for openers, once the job is finished everybody can have two praise notes. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Giving praise to a co-worker in a short written note is not a bad thing. What I question is the way, way too formal implementation of this, the lack of concise wording and clarification of what the word "peer" means, etc. |
