For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: “The above looks at odds with the official OPA HR statement as to what would constitute peer praise (commitment is an example):” I only mentioned mowing lawn because you did. And that’s why I said I couldn’t think of anything that would constitute a peer praise for that. But going out of ones way to do a “good deed” while mowing grass might. “It certainly appears these forms are to be filled out by the person offering peer praise to a co-worker, not to be filled out by a supervisor for a worker.” Yes that is correct and I clarified what I meant in my last reply to you. “You and I are only engaged in this because you chose to jump in and answer questions I raised, and some answers don't seem to jive with the announcement.” I tried my best to answer, I wouldn’t say I jumped in.
