I was thinking when I have received calls and compliments on my team, I write the person who got the call about them expressing my thank you with the compliment that was said about them.
Excellent thing to do. I meant a co worker/peer may ask to have one written up as in they can ask the supervisor for one to write it themselves since we have the books. Gotcha. Maybe introducing homeowners was premature for use in a peer praise, I apologize. You have nothing to apologize for. |
