That says co-worker, someone who works WITH you, a peer. Worker, to me, implies for you. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I guess it depends on how you look at it. I don’t label anyone who “works for me” as workers. To quote from the OFFICIAL statement from OPA HR person: "Praise Notes are simple hand printed notes that you issue to a coworker when you observe them or 'catch them in the act' of doing a praiseworthy deed." |
