Section 4: General Subject: Pines Peer Praise Msg# 1020335

I meant a co worker/peer may ask to have one written up as in they can ask the supervisor for one to write it themselves since we have the books. Maybe introducing homeowners was premature for use in a peer praise, I apologize. I was thinking when I have received calls and compliments on my team, I write the person who got the call about them expressing my thank you with the compliment that was said about them. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: It appears the instructions from HR are meaningless. Now you are introducing homeowners into the equation. The Peer Praise program had zero mention of owners. You write about people/workers/anyone asking to have one written up. Supervisors should not be writing up the Peer Praise for workers who want to give peer Praise. The instructions say employees can obtain the forms from supervisors so they can write the praise themselves. Sorry for questioning you on this. It really isn’t your program, but you jumped into the discussion to defend it and explain it. Your explanation bears little resemblance to what I read as the actual words of the email sent from HR to employees. |
