No-I tried to point out the problems with losses all year.
Separate topic-He was referring to how tips are reported. As the employer the burden is on OPA to accurately report. Tip claims were checked daily to make sure the minimums for cc and cash tips were claimed. OPA was not breaking the law, just the opposite. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Read on-I tried to correct all year. Tips were declared/reported to meet the minimum standards for IRS 8027. All credit card tips plus 8% of cash sales minus tip outs. No way around it. I have no idea what you wrote means. Was OPA violating the law, as Robert seems to be suggesting? |
