You are correct, there would need to be a SWM pond to help filter that run off prior to allowing it to be directed into the river. There would also be some filtering benefit of run off standing in the new ditches along Beauchamp Road. Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Are there any issues sending the water into the river? I know rain falls into the river and there is a certain amount of "runoff" but I'm not so sure the EPA wouldn't frown on OP sending their excess drainage to the river? |
