All water runoff from all of OP ends up in the river/bay.
The collecting ponds, such as the one at the south gate, are required for sediment control. The project as initially designed would have diverted water from OP to a sediment pond the developer of the old golf course property will be required to build. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Are there any issues sending the water into the river? I know rain falls into the river and there is a certain amount of "runoff" but I'm not so sure the EPA wouldn't frown on OP sending their excess drainage to the river? |
