I would bet you could inspect the plats and elevations at P/W, or, you could stand at the outfall location on Beauchamp Road and look “up” at the Pines Shore property. Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: OPA apparently has an engineer who one would assume designed the drainage flow from OPA to a pond on the old golf course. A pond will be built on the old course for the new development. I would never say you were wong, but would like to see some evidence that you are correct and not just continuing to vent about Thompson.
We must have some design drawings that indicate elevations. |
