I have no idea. That said, as I understand it, the Pines Shore property is no longer an option regardless.
Still begs the question of whether or not water could be sent from OP to the old golf course. You say no, but apparently have not seen the proposed design. If you are correct then OPA should ask for its money back for any payments to an engineer to design the project that was just approved by the state for a grant of $465,00 or so. |
