Marty,
Assuming Pine Shores or River Run is not available to take overflow from Bainbridge (whether its up or down), I'm not so certain that running the water in the ditch along Beauchamp Rd. on the OP side toward St. Martin River is not slightly uphill. I didn't have my level transit with me the other day but at best it looks flat running toward the river. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: I would bet you could inspect the plats and elevations at P/W, or, you could stand at the outfall location on Beauchamp Road and look “up” at the Pines Shore property. Marty |
