For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I just surmised that the engineers must know what their doing. Now I am not so sure. Well, if Marty is correct, then OPA just went through a rather wasteful operation. OPA, with the help of the county, the cost of an engineer, and enough paperwork to convince the State of Maryland to grant $465,000 toward a project that is impossible to complete unless they have figured out how to make water run uphill. Do you think that is really what happened? |
I'm just another property owner trying to understand conflicting stories from 2 parties that apparently had access to information that could answer the question.
