I would bet you could inspect the plats and elevations at P/W, or, you could stand at the outfall location on Beauchamp Road and look “up” at the Pines Shore property.

Many times driving down Beauchamp in the area of the proposed pond I have looked at both sides and wondered why the Pine Shore side looked higher than the OPA side. I just surmised that the engineers must know what their doing. Now I am not so sure.
