I personally like and respect both Viola and Janasek and have no dog in the hunt. However, there is a distinction. Viola is a employee and Janasek is a elected volunteer Director of OPA which is Mr. Viola’s employer. 

As a past director I have been in Janasek’s seat but more importantly I am also the past president of a successful local real estate development company. I can assure you my company wouldn’t have been successful if I buckled to every employee who threatened to leave if he didn’t have his way.
