Janasek had been warned once or twice before and refused to stop his public attacks on Viola in places like the Yacht Club and golf club in front of Viola, other board members, employees and association members.

Janasek refused to stop his public harassment of Viola and Viola was left with no choice but to file a formal complaint. Once that happened our bylaws required a public haring on the issue within 14 days. The board complied with the bylaws.

It's embarrassing as a Board that this was the route they chose & personally I believe that it will leave a stain on their accomplishments. I wish them the best going forward & won’t hesitate to vote for Tom should he run again. The others that voted to remove you have lost my vote.

Janasek plead giuilty to harassing the GM in public over a 13 month period and you would vote for him again? The board of directors did not CHOOSE the route. The route was forced on the board by one man -- Tom Janasek.

Janasek himself said, "What I did was offensive." It certainly appears he only said that to avoid being thrown off the board. If that was not the case then he should have stopped his abusive behavior after being warned months ago.
