Not at all. We now know, based on Ken's date, that Larry was in that meeting as a board director. Doug was president at the time and he was not in that mtg. Did Viola told Doug about this mtg and that Larry will attend? Did Larry inform the board and ask for approval? Have a nice day. Slobodan |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: It sounds like Perrone was in that meeting at the request of the GM. People can certainly debate whether he should have been there but I see no bylaw or B-08 violation due to his presence. Are you saying a board president and Gm cannot meet with an association member to discuss some issue? Keep in mind that Ken wanted to offer advice to OPA. |
