Ken, as the dust settles on all this my major problem, as I wrote previously, is the board made a decision to not hear directly from Colby. The result may have been the same, but all the board heard was info from an intermediary. Perhaps Colby should have also been allowed to bring along any witnesses willing to testify to the accuracy of her allegations. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Slobodan, Findings of Fact -- 2. At the June 2020 meeting, Mr. Perrone counseled Ms. Phillips on his view that she should be able to handle certain types of matters without escalating them up the chain. These are director Perrone's words. I doubt Colby would have used the word "counseled." Counseling employees is not the duty of a director. |
