| You missed my point entirely. All employees, including the GM, have one job and that is essentially to work to implement policies set by the board. Employees should not be making negative public pronouncements about OPA policies set by the board or politics related to the board. This is why the bylaws prohibit employees from being board members. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Board is expected to be dealing with the GM, not with individual employees. And individual directors have been rightly criticized for overstepping this. [As you already knew] Aye there's the rub [WS] |
