You missed my point entirely.
Just as you missed the points of my last several points & responded with another aspect. Happens often in an open forum. Goes with the debate territory. You salute one aspect, others emphasize another aspect, as the key point. My central aspect is, One can't be mis-construed if keeping mouth shut. And smiling. Another aspect is the GM is responsible to implement board policy. Employees vacuuming up leaves, cutting grass, etc. etc. are likely unschooled in what's board policy. BUT giving some bucks to go fund me, SHOULD BE no problem. Yet I'd suggest they do so anonymously, to stay safe, in the current climate. SAD. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: You missed my point entirely. All employees, including the GM, have one job and that is essentially to work to implement policies set by the board. Employees should not be making negative public pronouncements about OPA policies set by the board or politics related to the board. This is why the bylaws prohibit employees from being board members. |
