Section 5: OPA Board Subject: A Fine Kettle of Fish Msg# 1117538

We are not discussing folks who cut grass. We are talking primarily about upper management people. You do not realize that?
As for the go fund thing, an upper management person should probably talk to supervisor before doing so in a public way for a former employee who is giving newspaper interviews indicating a lawsuit against OPA. As for the GM, you are stating the obvious. Certainly he is responsible for implementing board policy. I lost count. How many angels are now on that pin head? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: You missed my point entirely. Just as you missed the points of my last several points & responded with another aspect. Happens often in an open forum. Goes with the debate territory. You salute one aspect, others emphasize another aspect, as the key point. My central aspect is, One can't be mis-construed if keeping mouth shut. And smiling. Another aspect is the GM is responsible to implement board policy. Employees vacuuming up leaves, cutting grass, etc. etc. are likely unschooled in what's board policy. BUT giving some bucks to go fund me, SHOULD BE no problem. Yet I'd suggest they do so anonymously, to stay safe, in the current climate. SAD. |
