Joe:
The only thing I might be trivializing is your ability to play surveyor. Yes there is a minor encroachment that harms nobody. That encroachment has been reduced to paper to protect OPA and Mr. Moore is responsible for removal of the encroachment and restoration of the land upon our request. There is a survey that depicts said encroachment. No harm, no foul. Joe, what do you think OPA should do about the encroachment? Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The picture is now gone but was irreverent anyways. The picture is not gone. It remains in the posted messages and in the image gallery. It certainly was not "irreverent." Go over to the site. There is a fence in a straight line near the highway that divides the OPA and Seacrets property. Sight down that line for an approximate idea of how much is over the line down near the water. The white lines in the images are meant to provide that approximation. If you want to know exactly you need to look at the most recent plat prepared by a licensed engineer or land planner. Indeed, but a plat without the surveyed location of structures built on OPA property without permission is useless. I still find it interesting that you seem to want to trivialize Seacrets building toilets or whatever on OPA property without permission some years ago. |
