| It might well be the board should ask the Election Committee to make no further public comments or take any actions until such time as it can obtain an opinion from counsel about what should or should not be done. The election results have been certified and validated in accordance with the bylaws. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: My discrepancy discovery uncovered only one thing - the ballot count and the vote count could not possibly be consistent with each other. The election committee chair concurs. There are at least possible ways that could be true: 1) the ballot count was wrong, 2) the vote count was wrong, or 3) a combination of 1 & 2. |
