For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: You think this case will now go to full trial? That would surprise me. I recall at least one board member was quoted as favoring OPA paying Janasek’s legal fees a month or so ago. Will try to find it when I have the chance. Not an education. My opinion. Janasek showed up at the meeting briefly today. Some smiling visual high-fives were exchanged with a couple of board members. And he was gone. |
