| Okay, I see it in the third from last "Ordered" where it says "pending final disposition of this matter." Maybe I'm way off base and someone will correct me but doesn't OPA have the option of simply withdrawing from the case? Why are legal fees in the conversation? | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: What full trial?
I do not think that trial will happen. There will be a settlement and it will involve money. Or I am way off base. In that case, someone will tell us. |
Ken, the TRO opinion does not end the case. There has been no trial. All that happened is the judge told OPA it cannot ban Janasek, at least until after a full trial is held. Read the final ORDERED item in the opinion.
