I only vaguely remember the report but i think it dealt with proposed wind farms.
To my knowledge, none have been constructed off the Carolinas as yet. Thus any speculation about the impact on tourism is just that - speculation. They should be over the horizon, but do you really think people will stop vacationing in Ocean City because wind turbines may be visible to the northeast or east northeast? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: Ken Wolf was the chairman of our Environmen & Natural Assets Advisory for many years. He has also served on other respected environmental groups and committees. I only vaguely remember the report but i think it dealt with proposed wind farms. I honestly can’t speak to the report.
