A drop of 10% in GDP is generally considered an economic depression in most circles, whereas 2% to 5% drops are generally called recessions.
When considering the many factors beyond just visibility, I'd have little doubt that its realistic to estimate that Ocean City could suffer a 10 % decline in tourism. And potentially an even larger percentage. |
