"The term of the Agreement shall commence on the first day of January 2024 and continue thereafter for a term of three (3) years therefrom and shall expire on December 31, 2027, unless sooner terminated as herein provided." (Note: the December 2027 date seems off)

At the outset, there is a problem which is a failure to pay attention to detail.  Since you did not  publish the remainder of the contract, who knows what other terms were factually incorrect?  Was this the only mistake?  Why didn't someone catch even this one, prior to execution of the contract?  How were terms "unilaterally" changed?  Did you examine the entire contract? Why not publish the entire document so we can read it for ourselves.   Publishing only the initial paragraph detracts from the discussion.
