Gary Miller did not submit the proposal to make a “big deal of it,“ and I think the comment is a bit insulting to both Gary and the committee.
The Board decides. Committees only recommend. Miller never gives up. Maybe that is insulting to the board. If the board does not accept the recommendation, as is currently the case, time to move on and Miller should stop making public comments about it at board meetings and rambling on about it at future Aquatics Committee meetings.. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: We will have to agree to disagree, Joe. The entire Aquatics Committee supported re-submitting the proposal without the adults only verbiage after several association members expressed interest and thought it was a nice additional event for OP to offer those adults looking for something different from Family Fun Night.
