OK This is not political. I like to think we are on the same team, I just have a different opinion as to budget development than some.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: Not political! A budget is only a best guess of future revenue and expenditure in order to establish an assessment amount to cover same. I would be surprised if the suggested and not budgeted $62,300 will cover the cost to repair the floor, but I am hopeful. This is not political. I like to think we are on the same team, I just have a different opinion as to budget development than some. Example of where you and I disagree. The 2024-2025 budget is showing over $800,000 surplus with only two more months to go and yet you supported the 2025-2026 budget with an additional assessment increase of more than $200,000?
