I have reviewed the agenda and find it interesting that two (2) of the Capital Requests are not budgeted. That’s right, at the very first meeting since the 2025-2026 budget was approved the board is being asked to pass $112,992 outside of the budget. A budget they approved just thirty three (33) days ago. Unbelievable! Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Regular Board meeting, March 29 Meeting materials for the March 29 regular OPA Board meeting are now available online. The meeting will be held as a hybrid of in-person and virtual, with seating available in the Clubhouse Meeting Room on 100 Clubhouse Drive.
